Ocean Boulevard and the streets of Downtown Long Beach were filled with celebration and color as the 2025 Long Beach Pride Parade lit up the city this past Sunday. Thousands of people came together to cheer on a vibrant mix of Long Beach’s LGBTQ+ community and allies, performers, floats, community groups and businesses in a joyful show of unity and pride.

This year’s parade, hosted by the City of Long Beach and co-sponsored with the Port of Long Beach and Long Beach Council District 2, proved to be an unforgettable event. The energy was electric from start to finish, with residents and visitors lining the streets to celebrate.

People of all ages, both residents and visitors, took part in the festivities, from families waving flags to longtime parade-goers who return year after year. With such a diverse turnout, the event was a true reflection of Long Beach’s inclusive spirit and long-standing support for equality. The parade also offered opportunities for local organizations and businesses to get involved, adding to the strong sense of community pride that defines Long Beach.
