Looking for an active companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart? Long Beach Animal Care Services has just the dog for you.
Pockets is one handsome German Shepherd. With his striking black-and-tan coat, perky ears, expressive brown eyes and big, happy tongue-out grin, this 2-year-old pup certainly knows how to make an impression.
But Pockets is more than just a pretty face. This 51-pound bundle of energy is looking for an active companion who can give him plenty of exercise, patience and encouragement. He loves having the opportunity to get out and explore his surroundings.
New situations can make Pockets a little nervous, so he’ll do best with someone who understands that building trust takes time. Give him a quieter environment, some patience and the chance to settle in at his own pace, and this boy will be ready to enjoy his time with you.
