Looking for a loyal best friend? Meet Willow, a 2-year-old female American Pit Bull Terrier, weighing about 63 pounds, currently available for adoption through Long Beach Animal Care Services.
With her beautiful brindle coat, bright eyes and wide grin, Willow looks like she’s always ready for her next adventure—whether that’s a long walk in the sunshine, playtime in the yard or simply relaxing by your side.
Willow was specially selected for K9 Kismet’s DIESEL Project, a unique training program created to give shelter dogs with tons of potential a well-deserved paw up. This special opportunity is designed for dogs who show all the signs of becoming amazing companions with a little extra guidance and support.
She is currently working off-site with a professional trainer, polishing her skills and learning everything she needs to know to live her very best life. From basic manners to confidence-building, Willow is putting in the work and getting ready to thrive in her future forever home. Plus, her future adopter will receive a complimentary training session with her trainer, helping make her transition into a new home as smooth and successful as possible.
