The City of Long Beach invites community members to learn more about local housing and rezoning efforts at the upcoming Housing Open House and Community HOME Roadshow, taking place Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Billie Jean King Main Library (Meeting Room A).

The open house will highlight the City’s latest initiatives to increase housing options, improve affordability and expand access for residents across Long Beach. The event also features the third installment of the Housing and Homelessness Opportunities, Mobilization and Engagement (HOME) Community Roadshow, a series designed to encourage open dialogue about housing and homelessness and share updates on the City’s ongoing work in these areas.

Attendees can explore interactive poster displays, connect directly with City staff from multiple departments and share feedback to help shape future housing policies and programs. Insights gathered from the event will inform the City’s continued commitment to equitable and inclusive housing solutions that serve the needs of all Long Beach residents.

Interpretation services in Spanish, Khmer and Tagalog will be available upon request by emailing CDHousingPolicy@longbeach.gov. While registration is not required, attendees are encouraged to pre-register online.
