The sun will set to the soundtrack of high-energy pop, classic rock, hip hop and sing-along favorites as the Tijuana Dogs hit the stage at Marine Stadium as the City’s Parks, Recreation and Marine department closes out their summer concert series.
The free community concert happens from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29.
Known for their versatility and dynamic stage presence, the Tijuana Dogs will turn up the volume with chart-toppers from the ’70s through the early 2000s, keeping the waterfront crowd on their feet until the last note.

With golden light spilling over Alamitos Bay, the lawn will transform into a patchwork of picnic blankets, beach chairs and happy neighbors enjoying the warm evening air. Bring your favorite snacks, pack a blanket and beach chairs, and settle in for a night that blends live music with the beauty of Long Beach’s waterfront.
The concert also marks the close of the City’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine’s busy season of summer activities, tying into Long Beach’s Summer of Opportunity initiative—a program that creates fun, safe spaces for kids and teens to connect and celebrate community spirit.
Whether you’re a longtime Tijuana Dogs fan or just looking for a memorable way to close out the season, this is your chance to end the summer on a high note.
