North Long Beach WIC Program Office Relocates

Families in North Long Beach can now access Women, Infants and Children (WIC) services at the Ronald R. Arias Health Equity Center at 6335 Myrtle Ave.

The recent relocation from 5166 Atlantic Ave. places the WIC office in a more central area of North Long Beach, improving accessibility for clients. City officials say the move also supports the Health Department’s efforts to manage facility costs while continuing to provide essential services.

Program hours remain Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and all services—including in-person appointments and remote support by phone—have continued as usual.

There’s been no interruption to WIC services due to the relocation. Current WIC clients have already been notified of the change and do not need to take any action. All previously scheduled appointments remain in place.

In addition to the North Long Beach site, WIC services are available at several other convenient locations throughout the city:
